Not for the night before the sailing yet. But we do have some outline information for the Disney weekend afterward. We are waiting for Disney to release our rooms for sale to post the full details.

We sailed out of Port Canaveral last year. We drove from Virginia the day before and spent the night at the Hampton Inn in Cocoa Beach. Its approximately 5 miles from the Port. We left our vehicle at the hotel and the hotel provided transportation to and from the port.

I know details are forthcoming in a few weeks, but curious if transportation between the host hotel and the port check-in is normally set up by DnR or is this something we should organize independently?

We have done it both ways. Usually we coordinate it directly with the host hotel although in Seattle we are recommending people make their own plans since the hotel is so close to the dock and there are, in some cases, better or cheaper options than hotel transport. In Florida, it will depend on the host hotel we choose, although many people seem to be coming in the day of the sailing. But we will likely pick a host hotel that includes transportation to the cruise port.

Thank you – I was just considering booking my car service for all the other transportation and will wait for updates on host hotel – many thanks!
