I am having the same problem – unable to download files from archive.

I am using PC with windows 7. Firefox browser.

I click DOWNLOAD, a pop-up asks for my email. After I confirm email, it goes back to the Archive page.

I am not getting the purchase page with the download link.

This problem is new. This all worked yesterday.

Seems like only people on Firefox are having this issue. I will check with Darren to see if he can find out what the issue is. but it is likely related to your browser.

I tested it with Internet Explorer and it works, but with a few second delay before the page with the link loads. After I click the email confirmation link, the page sits still for about 3 seconds and then the IE browser indicates it’s loading a new page. With Firefox, the page sits still forever.

Everything worked on Tuesday using Firefox, and I did not do any updates to Firefox before it stopped working.

Now fixed! There was an incompatibility between the new Firefox Quantum web browser, and the software we use for our Audio Archives/downloads.
