[Resolved] Can't find Podcast on Itunes now

    1) My device type (iPhone/iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc):  Iphone 8 and computer

    2) My firmware version:

    3) What podcast software are you using? Please let us know the name and version: Itunes

    4) Was there a specific error displayed? no

    5) Did a series of steps seem to lead to the issue? Please describe: I had to re-download the podcast on my phone and was able to do that using the URL from the website, but when I try to re-add it to the Itunes on my computer Itunes is not finding it.  HELP!!!

     

    6) Can you possibly create a screen capture of the issue and post it?

    I think something has happened because the show is gone from my players library and the web isn’t letting me play the show either. 🙁

    Alice, you have to scroll down to Available Episodes and click on that, then you will see the live stream at the top. In the most recent iOS update, they moved things around.

     

    Martin, I don’t know what is happening to you, but if you are on Firefox as a browser, it might be your browser since there was a known issue with their update. Make sure you are logged in and/or try a different browser if you are on Firefox.
