      1) My device type (iPhone/iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, etc): Microsoft Windows

      2) My firmware version (if known):  Microsoft Version 8.1 PRO

      3) What web browser and version are you using: The most recent version of Firefox

      4) Was there a specific error displayed?  I have the identical problem as described by Chris Gifford less than 24 hours ago.

      5) Did a series of steps seem to lead to the issue? Please describe:

      6) Can you possibly create a screen capture of the issue and post it?

      7) Describe the question or issue that you have with your web browser:  I have a desktop and a notebook computer that both act the same way.  The two use the same software.  Please help!!!
